  • How Disciples DO Sundays

Take a look at how we do our Sundays

DO Christ dress code

We ask that all members and visitors respect and follow DO Christ’s standard dress code, which is to ensure modesty and utmost respect during the assembly,
especially during times of worship. Please avoid immodest dress, including: low neckline, sleeveless, exposed back, skirt above the knees, high slits, exposed midriff, tight fitting, shorts, and see-through.

Ideally, we suggest the following standard attire:
Men & Boys: White shirts paired with navy blue pants, blue ties, and navy blue blazers.
Girls : Blue and white dresses below the knee.
Women and Young Ladies : White blouses paired with navy blue skirts or navy blue dress pants.

If you do not have the standard attire for worship, please come in your best.

Liturgy/Programme of Disciples of Christ House Church.

1. Welcome to Disciples of Christ House Church – Edenvale. How is exactly that stretch but in a house, is private, it is intimate, and it is local.

As many people might not be familiar with house church, we have prepared this leaflet to assist you with what is to come.

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask more experienced brothers.

2. Firstly, a Sunday session of House church at DO Christ is a meeting, not a service.

It is a gathering, not a performance.

It is interactive and something we do together, as you will see.
